Pedestrian Sunday

On the last Sunday of the warmest six months of the year, our beloved neighbourhood of Kensington Market shuts down entirely to cars and becomes a pedestrian-exclusive market.  On this day, local business spill out on to the sidewalks and the road and we celebrate all that Kensington has to offer in delicious food, fantastic shopping, and eclectic music and art.

At Yarns Untangled, we set up table and chairs out on our patio and watch the craziness go by.  In addition to this, our Pedestrian Sunday celebrations often feature independent yarn dyers and crafters who come to display and sell their one-of-a-yarn wares.  Stay tuned to our website and our social media feeds to find out what’s coming up this summer!
